Furthermore, only persons over 18 years of age may contract our services. In the case of minors under 18 years of age, the consent of their parents or legal guardians shall be mandatory in order for us to provide the services offered, unless the minor is legally emancipated.

Data Retention

The personal data of Users who use the contact form or send us an email requesting information shall be processed for the period strictly necessary to respond to the request for information, or until the consent granted is withdrawn.

Clients’ personal data shall be processed until the contractual relationship comes to an end. The retention period for personal data shall be the minimum necessary and may be retained for the following periods:

“verdia.es” uses the video conferencing services provided by Zoom Video Communications, a company based in the United States and participating in the Data Privacy Framework Program, which ensures an adequate level of protection in the processing of your personal data in accordance with the criteria established by the GDPR.

Recruitment

Applicants who send electronic communications to “verdia.es” for the purpose of participating in the Controller’s recruitment processes authorise us to analyse the documents submitted (for example, their CV), all content directly accessible through Internet search engines (for example, Google), the profiles they maintain on professional social networks (for example, LinkedIn), the data obtained through selection tests, and the information disclosed during the job interview, in order to assess their application and, where appropriate, offer them a position.

If the applicant is not selected, “verdia.es” may retain their CV for a maximum period of two years in order to consider them for future recruitment processes, unless the applicant states otherwise. The legal basis legitimising this processing shall be the consent of the data subject, which may be withdrawn at any time.

Confidentiality
